Mary C. Lastrapes, President/CEO of RTR (Return to Resourcefulness) Management and Consulting Services, LLC, has distinctive human resource expertise in that she has an extensive management background, training, and consulting experience that enables her to make connections, and offer advice that is both strategic and applicable to the business environment.
Her professional background includes executive positions, such as Senior Vice President of Operations at a global financial institution and two community banks where she managed up to 150 associates and large operating budgets. She has managed or been involved with nine mergers and has led many organizational change initiatives. At RTR, she leads a team dedicated to:
Mary holds an MBA from DePaul University in Human Resource Management, and a BA in Management from National Louis University. She is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program.
